Client Agreement & Waiver of Liability

Thank you for choosing to receive a session with me. Before proceeding, please carefully review and agree to the following terms. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined below.

No Alcohol or
Drug Use

To maintain the clarity, integrity, and energetic accuracy of your session, clients must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours prior to and during the session. If intoxication is suspected, the session may be terminated without refund.

Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. This secures your booking and allows the session to begin on time. No readings will commence without confirmed payment

In-Person Readings

Please be aware that Kelicia shares her space with animals. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or fears related to animals, it is strongly advised that you book a virtual session instead. You are entering at your own discretion and accept responsibility for any allergic or physical reactions.

Cancellation, Rescheduling,
& Lateness

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the session without refund.
If you are late, your session time is not extended, and you will still be charged the full rate.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is subject to cancellation without refund at Kelicia’s discretion.

Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted with respect and confidentiality. However, please note that any threats of harm to self or others may legally require reporting to appropriate authorities.

She also prefers not to answer questions about severe illness or medical conditions, as she is not a doctor or medical professional. However, if strongly guided by Spirit, she may share energetic impressions or intuitive insights related to areas of concern—these should never be interpreted as a diagnosis or medical advice.

Client Responsibility

By participating in a session, you accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or changes you make as a result of the information received. Kelicia is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the session.

Consent to Session

By booking, paying for, or participating in a session with Kelicia, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older, or have legal guardian consent.
You understand and accept all of the above terms.
You willingly enter into this agreement with full understanding of its contents.
